Judy has been coming to Ocean City for 35 years, and has spent summers on the Jersey Shore for the past four years. Her experience in the real estate industry is Extensive. She worked as a residential appraiser for banks, mortgage companies, Freddie Mac and numerous relocation companies from 1993 until 2003, and she has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. Judy is well aware of the emotional and financial aspects of buying and selling real estate, as she has personally purchased and sold 14 different properties.

After receiving my Realtor license in 2004 I have been continuing my education. In 2007 I received the distinguished Accredited Buyer's Designation which gives me an upper edge on buyers from negotiating to closing. In 2010 I received my Broker's License which has afforded me even more knowledge in this ever changing Real Estate Market.
